Brett Wood Photo Art Prints

Brett Wood is an Australian landscape photographer with a passion for capturing the natural beauty of Australia, New Zealand, and destinations around the world. His work is driven by a lifelong love of nature, adventure, and the outdoors.

Originally from Wagga Wagga in New South Wales, Brett now lives on the NSW South Coast with his partner Lisa and their dog, Twizel. Lisa works alongside him, and together they lead landscape photography workshops across Australia and New Zealand.

Brett divides his time between Australia and New Zealand’s South Island. Having lived in New Zealand and spent more than 20 years exploring and photographing its landscapes, he often refers to it as his “spiritual home.” New Zealand photography workshops have become one of his specialties.

Known for his relaxed and approachable teaching style, Brett enjoys helping photographers develop their skills and create images they are proud of. His photographic philosophy focuses on authenticity, aiming to capture landscapes as they appeared in the moment.

Brett is available worldwide for photography-related projects and is a proud ambassador for NiSi Filters Australia & New Zealand, Summit Creative Camera Backpacks, and LeoFoto Tripods.

His work has earned numerous awards in major international photography competitions.

At the 2025 New York Photography Awards (Professional Categories), Brett received a total of 11 Gold Awards and 13 Silver Awards. His success continued at the 2026 Muse Photography Awards (Professional Categories), where he earned 11 Platinum Awards and 2 Gold Awards.

Among his award-winning photographs is Rupini Dawn, which was recognized with 3 Platinum Awards at the 2026 Muse Photography Awards.

Brett’s Photo Art Gallery is located in a purpose-built exhibition space at his home in Malua Bay, New South Wales. The gallery has been professionally designed with dedicated lighting and display systems to provide an optimal viewing environment for his landscape photography.

Visitors can view a curated selection of Brett’s work presented as large-format Acrylic Facemount prints. Chosen for their ability to showcase fine detail, colour, and image clarity, Acrylic Facemounts are Brett’s preferred medium for displaying his photographic artwork.

Personal gallery viewings are available by appointment, offering the opportunity to meet Brett and explore a collection of limited-edition photographic prints featuring landscapes from Australia, New Zealand, and other remarkable locations around the world.

In addition to the works currently displayed in the gallery and online print store, Brett maintains an extensive archive of photographs.
