Guide to Photo was created for a simple reason. There is too much information online today. Too many websites, endless searching, a million creators. Finding what really matters takes time.
I wanted to build a place that saves that time. One platform where you can easily find workshops, courses, tutorials, presets, books, and photo prints offered by photographers from around the world — without digging through the entire internet.
The platform gathers what matters: knowledge, experience, and strong photography projects.
All in one place. All in the clearest form possible. Only human work.
What interests me are photographs that someone truly saw, felt, and experienced.
In photography, the most important element is the person behind the camera — their sensitivity, decisions and perspective. Technology can never replace that.
The second pillar of the platform goes beyond aesthetics. Photography can tell the story of what is happening to our planet. That is why the Conservation module was created — a space dedicated to projects that show nature, its fragility, and how easily it can be lost, continuously evolving over time.
As Guide to Photo grows, I want to support organizations and initiatives that protect nature and endangered species, and give visibility to photographers who use their work to speak about the future of our planet.
Access for Everyone and Fair Principles
Guide to Photo is a place to connect photographers with people who love photography. Learning, inspiration, and creative opportunities should be easy to access — and everyone should be able to explore the platform without paying anything.
Photographers can share their workshops, courses, and projects through a free Basic profile. If someone needs more visibility and additional features, they can choose a Premium profile.
I decided not to use automatic subscription renewals. From my own experience, it’s easy to miss a renewal date and end up paying for something you didn’t plan to continue. I don’t want anyone to feel that way.
My goal is for Guide to Photo to remain simple and transparent — built on trust, with no commissions, no hidden fees and no traps.
