Botswana Photo Tour

Marcin Dobas is a National Geographic photographer specializing in travel, landscape, wildlife, and underwater photography. He studied geology and works as a mountain rescuer and tour leader. He is also a member of the Olympus Visionaries team and an EIZO ambassador.

He has photographed in many remote locations around the world, including Svalbard, New Zealand, Norway, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Sweden, Finland, Greenland, Morocco, Egypt, and the United Kingdom. His work focuses on wild nature and landscapes and has been published internationally in magazines, books, and calendars.

In 2015, National Geographic published his book “Nine Stories About Photography.” Through his work, Marcin aims to capture the beauty of untouched nature while following the ethical standards of nature and documentary photography.

Located near the borders of South Africa and Zimbabwe, this protected area is known for its rich biodiversity, dramatic landscapes, and large populations of African wildlife living along the Limpopo River.

This is not a typical safari focused on observing animals from a distance. The trip is designed specifically for wildlife photographers looking for close and immersive encounters. A specially prepared photography hide at a waterhole allows you to photograph animals from just a few meters away, often at eye level and without glass barriers, making it possible to create unique wide-angle wildlife images.

During safari drives, the number of vehicles is strictly limited, ensuring quiet conditions and uninterrupted photography opportunities without crowds.

Alongside incredible landscapes, participants will have the chance to photograph iconic African wildlife including lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, ostriches, elands, mongooses, and many other fascinating species.
