Both Basic and Premium accounts go through a short approval process. Once submitted, profiles are checked by our team to ensure that the information, images and content align with the standards of the platform.

FAQ
What happens to my listings when Premium expires?
When Premium ends, your account returns to Basic. Only your most recent listing in each listing type stays visible in search results. All other listings remain saved and their single-page URLs continue to work.
Do I lose any data if I move between Basic and Premium?
No. Nothing is deleted or altered. Upgrading or returning to Basic only affects search results visibility, not the content of your listings.
Can I stack multiple Premium purchases?
Yes. Each purchase adds more Premium time to your account. Buying multiple plans extends your Premium period without interruption.
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. All Premium options are one-time payments. You choose if and when to extend your access.
Can you create my profile for me?
Yes. With Premium you can request profile creation using the Authorize us form.
Can I get a refund after purchasing Premium?
Every Premium profile goes through an editorial review before publication, which typically takes up to 3–5 working days. Once your profile has been approved and published, the Premium fee is non-refundable — the service has been delivered in full.
If your profile requires revisions, we’ll let you know by email with specific feedback. You’ll have one opportunity to make changes and resubmit. If the revised profile still doesn’t meet our standards, you’re entitled to a full refund.
